Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The Beach Shade arrived in Canada in 2 weeks. But, I am not very impressed at all. First of all, it is not all that stableand takes a while to get things balanced so that it stays up. The arms need to be stretched out way too far....taking up far too much space. You need to get to the beach earl...before the beach has a typical crowd. And if you do get there earliy enough...people are not happy about all the space that is taken up. Not a good design at all.

There was no use yet .. But looks and feel quality

The package arrived very fast to Bulgaria. It looks good.
The tent has a different colour, not the same as the bag.

Nice tent! Very compact and light weight. Handles strong winds easily.
